The dealer stated that the vehicle had previously been repaired under NHTSA campaign id number 02V026000 (fuel system, gasoline:storage:tank assembly:filler pipe and cap) and refused to perform the repair. The VIN was invalid. The failure mileage was 105,000 and current mileage was 126,000.
