V. W. is some of the most dishonest people that I have ever had to deal with!!! My 2001 Jetta is sitting in my garage with the engine torn to pieces, because of their lies. Any thing dirty that they could of done.... it was done! The car had check engine light problems, sensors, EPC lights, Turbo valve cracks, Window regulators, solenoid valve, cv joints, serpentine belt, to oil light, to a seized engine.. I bought this car in 2001 and and had to bring it into the Stuart Dealership over 32 times for these problems , and some!!They lied to me about warranty coverage. They told me the car was a demo and not a used but after buying the car, that changed. This car has been nothing but huge head ache after the other. I'm stuck with these huge car payments.... Where is the reliability.....

For 3 months now my "check engine" light has been coming on. Everytime, I take it to the dealership, pay their $70 diagnostic charge and then at least $250 on top of that to fix some type of sensor. I have to pay extra because they have to charge me more labor because I have a 6 cylinder engine. Two of the times I picked up the car, the light was back on before I even made it home (about 3 miles), The 3rd time, it was off for about 1 day. I think that it is ridiculous that I have to keep shelling out this money and the dealership will not help me out. I even asked them who I could contact and they gave me an 800 number to a customer service department that cannot help me.

Engine light comes on after driving about 3-4 miles. then if I stop and restart 3 or 4 times it goes out and stays out until it sits a long time and I start again. Dealer said this was due to fumes from gas cap not being tight. But it still happens even when the gas cap is tight. I don't think they know how to fix it.
