Glow plugs in cylinders 1 and 3 are failing, however I was told that if the car starts and drives alright then don't replace them. This year may have problems with cylinder 3's plug breaking off. If this happens then they have to drill it out and leaves the possibility of metal shavings in the cylinder... if that happens, then you're in bad shape.
