If you are reading this and are considering a purchase of a new or used VW, I implore you to reconsider. I've had numerous expensive issues with this vehicle and it has never been involved in an accident. We have just exceeded $10,000 in out of pocket repairs (excluding the TDI emissions modifications) I purchased this car new and decided to not purchase the extended warranty. This issue is with the abs control module $2400 repair with only 80k miles.
