shifts hard or not at all

my car is only 3 years old with only 64,000 miles on it. when the check engine light came on, I went to the dealer. they told me I needed to replace the transmission valve body and transmission filter. this would cost 2700. I took it to Aamco for a second opinion and they said it was a bad solenoid. they replaced it for 308. this worked for a week and the light came back on. the code p0748 is still coming up. why am I having transmission problems on a 2013 with 64000 miles?
