Summary

Technical Bulletin (Corrosion on Front Doors (Multiple Locations)): Alignments in production can lead to hairline cracks in the top coat and paint damage (edges on holes) on the already painted door. Humidity then penetrates paint and causes blistering and/or white corrosion. This document contains information on how to diagnose, and service this issue. This document also gives examples on filling out a claim form for the service.
