I took my car in for servicing at Demontrond VW in Woodlands/Houston, Texas, part of a 6+ multiplex of manufacturers all under 1-roof. It is the most poorly formed team of service advisers known to mankind. Unfortunately, technicians were unable to duplicate the constant locking and unlocking once the driver door was opened, meaning it would lock itself with the key in the ignition. VW America and Demontrond neither found the problem nor cared.
