- Technical Bulletin (Update Programming for Catalyst System Bank Efficiency Below Threshold): This document informs of diagnostic fault codes which state that the Catalyst System Bank Efficiency is Below Threshold this is because the Diagnostic strategy was too sensitive. The production solution for this issue was to stop making the Engine Control Module, and thus it is out of production. This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available.
