I have a 1996 850 Volvo with a problem no one has an answer for. I turn the switch nothing, the engine will not turn over. With the light switch off the head lights come on. The interior lights go off sometimes if you turn the switch and hold it for 5 min. it might turn over. I need help in solving this.
