Picked up the car after 6 weeks and them complaining they could replicate the issue and was able to replicate it in 30 minutes of driving the car home. I have video.

I immediately experienced the same issues I had with the 2025 EX30. Sent videos and pictures with both my and my wife's phone attached to the Apple Car Play. The dealer (Smythe) kept the car for SIX weeks to try and replicate the issue. I will gladly provide those videos if needed. They say they could not and said they even had Volvo USA engineers come and try to replicate the issue. They claim they could NOT reproduce it.

Problem happened again. I have video.

Despite demonstrating the issue the dealer and Volvo USA claim they cannot replicate, Smythe (Kevin Flanagan, Owner) says that Volvo will not address the issue further. I found out there was a class action lawsuit which explains why Volvo and Smythe are washing their hands of the situation.

Terrible situation made even worse.

As said previously, I have videos, texts and E-Mail exchanges back and forth documenting this issue from its beginning with the 2025 EX30 and now continuing with the 2026 EX30. I am happy to share it all and testify as a customer the tremendous inconvenience and potential danger this defect has caused and could cause.
