I Have been searching up and down for others that may have had the same issues but I only see it with the XC90s but none on the s90. Im taking it to the dealership tomorrow. Its upsetting to have a car with 298 miles on it have a CEL already. ITS BS. Ill update this as soon as I get to the dealership. With the ODB read I did its giving a code P0442. I don't know if its related as well when I first got the car in the presentation of the car the sales guy was going through the vehicle and I noticed it was saying that the service was due on it already. He reset it and now I getting a CEL. I barely drive the car and have only filled it up one time. The Volvo s90 does not have a gas cap so theres nothing to tighten.
