Tire failure. Bf goodrich traction T/a 195-60/15. 35000 miles wear. Mounted on right rear of 99 Volvo V70 wagon. Sudden blowout while driving about 45 mph. Tire pressure was about 34 psi and had always been religiously maintained. Weather: Dry, 55 F. no puncture or road hazard involved.
