: the contact stated while driving various speeds on various road conditions, there was a loss of all vehicle power followed by the engine stalling without warning. Afterwards, the engine was easily restarted. The vehicle was inspected by a dealer, who was unable to duplicate the problem. There was a NHTSA recall, #06V441000, regarding the vehicle speed control. The vehicle was not included in the recall due to the VIN. The manufacturer was alerted.
