Information display on dash showed wagon rear door not closed. Subsequent inspection showed the door (gate) would not lock and/or latch at random intervals, particularly during cold weather (0 F). Trip to dealer resulted in the rear latch being replaced as defective. En route to the dealership another warning showed on the display that the third brake light was out. While at the dealership the wiring harness to the third tail light was diagnosed as defective and is scheduled for replacement.
