Hello Dear VOLVO Authorities,
I am writing you from RENOWA Office Furniture Company in Bursa/TURKEY. I am writing you over a complaint. We have really urgent problem that has to be fixed urgently.
3 weeks ago, we bought 4 VOLVO V90 Cross Country which their chassis number is down below;

The colors, tires, car rims and all the other options are the same. These cars have a balance problem when the speed is 140-150 km/h. About this problem, we have requested a car service to a VOLVO ARKAS Customer service therefore they offered us a solution which in a local tire mechanic.
They have tried to solve the problem 4 or 5 times but the problem is still permanent. We are buying the VOLVO cars for the very first time.
Do you think that that this problem suits to VOLVO Brand that a new brand car even in its 185-250 mileage have such a problem and can’t be fixed?
Problem is not solved yet. The balance problem in all the cars that I shared the chassis number above is still permanence.
Now these cars are in their 375-440 mileage and we are not using these cars now just because of this problem.
We are waiting that you act and solve this problem urgently and contact me from this email and from my number as soon as possible.
