Front windshield completely separated from vehicle driver side top If side window open it flaps open. Very dangerous at freeway speeds. Known issue of faulty primer on window glass for XC60 vehicles.
Windshield seal developed leak. Water go into hvac shorting out system. No defrost, sever visibility and safety issue. Have seen numerous other volvo owners with similar windshield gasket seal leaks. Car is useless as visibility issue persists
The windshield leaks when it rains. It obstructs my vision while the rain water ran down the inside of the glass. This is a safety issue while driving.
Vehicle windshield isn't sealed properly. Water pours into car, just under the dash at an alarming rate whenever it rains. When coming to a stop or accelerating, the water that has collected in the body can be heard sloshing back and forth. When the outside temperature drops, the inside windows need to be scraped. This water leak has also caused a mold and mildew smell.
The contact owns a 2010 Volvo XC60. The contact stated that the rear windshield wiper only exhibited two speeds settings and would not completely clear the window when driving. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer is not aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 102,000.
