THIS IS VOLVO AUSTRALIA RESPONSE TO DATE. I HAVE HEARD OF ONE OTHER CUSTOMER INTERSTATE WHO MANAGED TO GET THE DEALERSHIP TO FIND A FIX.
I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM OTHER MY2019 MOMENTUM OWNERS WHO HAVE THE FULL ASSISTED DRIVING PACKAGE LIKE MINE. SO FAR NOTHING ON COMPLAINTS.
PS: MY CAR IS AN XC60, NOT XC90 AS IN THIS EMAIL RESPONSE FROM THIS FELLOW !!

We have investigated this concern with Volvo Cars Doncaster and their head technician. Volvo Cars Doncaster has verified that the sound that you have heard in your vehicle. This sound is also present in other 2019 Volvo XC90 vehicles of this variant. This led us to conclude that this is not a manufacturing defect or abnormality with our vehicles but is a characteristic of the tyre, wheels and aerodynamic combination of this vehicle.
We are sorry that this is not the outcome you were looking for but there will be no other results regarding this investigation.
