After taking my 2007 Chrysler Sebring in for repairs in July of 2015 I am having the same problem 5 months later with unable to start the car it is dead again. This is the 3rd time I'm having to tow it into the Chrysler dealership for the same problem after having a new battery and alternator replaced. This time after the Chrysler dealership having it 6 days they call and advise me they can't find what the problem is. I told the service agent if they fixed the problem the first time we wouldn't be having this problem after the 3rd time having it. I told him I've always knew it was an electrical problem and it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. The service agent stated they couldn't figure out what the problem was right now but were trying to put their heads together to see what the problem was.
They have had my car now for 2 weeks and they have yet to call me back after the first call. They said they would call me back a day later to keep me updated. It's been 8 days since I've heard from them since the last call. I guess now they think differently about the Electrical issue. Also before all this started my dash cluster lights went out and my cruise control stop working. But the dealer ship told me that wasn't affiliated with the alternator and battery problem. I think Different. It's a electrical defect issue that Chrysler Corp knows about for a long time.
