Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

On 16jul2011 I tried to turn on my air condition in my vehicle but all it did was blow hot air. I took the vehicle to Chrysler greenbrier in chesapeake va where the vehicle was purchased. Before they inspected the vehicle one of the sales person told "we'll im going to tell you now I we find that your air compressor was damaged we can fix it but it will not be covered on your warranty because we are not responsible for natural damage". after they inspected my vehicle he responded "I have bad news your compressor has a hole, maybe a rock hit it" and the price to fix it would be 1,500. I explained to him I did not have any accidents, did not hit anything at all. I have contacted the better business bureau. They stated Chrysler responded they are not responsible. I am so upset I just purchased this vehicle last year September and have been without air condition since July of this year.
