I cite 100.00 because the oil gauge or oil in my car was low. I take excellent car of my car so this is very unusual. Car started acting weird and I had it towed to a local mechanic who I trust more than the local Dodge Dealer. I also had to rent a car for 2 days while it was being inspected. The 100 covered both expenses. I discovered the car was losing oil in July 09 and it is suspected by a few mechanics it possibly is effecting the engine. My local mechanic said he has had several similar cases, but believed none of his clients reported. I then researched data on the web. I also called Dodge to set up a complaint. I would hate to know I would have to bear the cost of the engine replacement. I am frustrated, depressed, and very disappointed with my recent discoveries. I hoped to have this car for a few more years or a nice trade-in.

I started HOME FROM work the gages were reading fine,AS I was driving along light came on
and i "check gages" when I did, the oil pressure
had dropped to 0. I checked the oil TOdays
The oil level was fine.
I drove about a 2 block and a half when the "check gages" light came back on and I saw
the oil pressure drop to 0 and I ONLY WOULD DRIVE ONE SPEED SO I STOP AND CALL FOR A TOW.
