my transmission clunks when put in reverse, oxidized headlights, barely any heat and if it does work it takes forever, there isn't much power in a 3.3L

Intrepid 4 Door 3.3L
i bought the car with a "new -used engine 3.3 v8" it had 75,000 mi on that "new-used" engine and it worked ok for the first day now the car starts but wont stay on sometimes and when the airbag light goes on all the gauges shut down, the heater suddenly blows lukewarm heat and if i shut off the heater the car keeps making loud griding noise. it seems there's something wrong with the sensors or something cuz the guy hooked up the engine himself and could have messed up. I bought it for 900$ and had to add $600 in repairs to brakes and the auto seat didn't work, ect.......... i dont know what to do with it or an idea of what would be wrong. So far I have gone to 3 auto places who say its difficult to work with the engine and they don't know how cuz its all computers........ that's maine for you!!!
