Power steering unit started failing not long after I started driving it in Oct, by beginning of Nov the fluid was all over the ground in a large round puddle. Heard lots of grinding/groaning noises - not sure where they came from, but most likely the wheel bearings and/or just the rack and pinion gears that work with the steering. Had to drive the car w/unit in trouble so burned out the pump. Car likes to 'skitter' at times making it hard to control. Car is going back to dealership to see how bad the steering condition is. Not sure if I want to keep this car as it gets lousy mileage along with all of the steering problems!
