Doing the month of June my dashboard and floor board vents had started making a weird noise. Sounded like the vent doors where trying to open and couldn't but there where times when they did .. BUT when the winter came they opened periodically so it wasn't a good feeling driving and no heat at your feet and legs. I had to put a blanket in my vehicle to cover my lower body because I never knew when it was going to work or not. So now I have nothing but the window vents working and nothing else. The noise it makes is constant winding noise and it comes and goes when I am driving, and when I am at a complete stop, or even when the vehicle is completely turn off.

THERE IS POOR FLOW OUT OF THE VENT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. FORD KNOWS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM SINCE 2007 BUT STILL KEEPS BUILDING THE SAME PROBLEM INTO EACH NEW MODEL YEAR WITH NO FIX AS TO DATE. I AM THINKING ABOUT TAKING IT TO A HIGHER LEVEL TO GET RESOLVED OR THEY CAN COME AND GET THE CAR BACK AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO PURCHASE A CAR THAT HAS PROPER AIR FLOW COMING OUT IT'S VENT'S. IF I HAVE TO STOP PAYMENT TO GET THEM TO NOTICE THIS PROBLEM MAYBE SOMETHING WILL BE DONE.
