My Ford is making a ringing sound from front end when on 4x2 and accelerate gets worse.

When the truck is on 4x4 it does not make any sound.

PS. It all have happened when ran into a 12" snow and the vacuum hose came off one hub. We put it back on, but the problem never went away.

Any idea what is my first step, before I change Hob Caps solenoids computer etc?
