F-150 XLT V6
Bought a 2006 Ford f-150, the fli sensor has been replaced 2x. Fuel still fluctuates radically. Because the problem does not happen every single time, dealership says they cannot verify. They keep the truck, run it for an hour or 2, cannot match problem, yet salesman at Don Vance Ford has openly admitted 3x trucks , just the XLT V-6 engine, F150 , have been returned with the same issue. We have asked them why did they replace sensory if there is NOT a problem at the dealership? They said to appease customer. Even though they openly KNOW that with these type of trucks, there is a sensory problem with the FUEL ! Dealership says there is nothing more that they can do!
Filed complaint w/ BBB. Called Ford today to again ask for help! Have checked w/ other dealerships in the area, they too have had F-150 trucks, V6 engine come back w/ the
fuel sensory problem. This part has been REVISED due to a problem. Do not know if Ford will make this right or we will have to obtain an attorney to fight our battle!
