F-150 5.4L V8

Driver's side window squeaks when going down and fails to go up at times. Pressing the switch really hard helps...sometimes. It's still under warranty so they said they'll order a new switch.

Just an add on to everyone else who is having or had problems with their power windows on the F-150. Pass. side window squeals every time you send it up or down. Truck still has 7 mos. left on the factory warranty, so I'm going to get it in to the dealer before it expires. Thanks to all you folks who have blown the whistle on this problem. It appears to be a design flaw and Ford not unlike their counterparts GM and Chrysler has chosen to go the "CHEAP" route when it comes to building their vehicles. I am going head to head with Ford on a unrelated issue with my wife's 2002 Ford Taurus. I have been a Ford customer for many years, but I think I'm just about done with them. Also note that the F-150 has a problem with brake rotors warping. This creates a shutter in the brake pedal when the brakes are applied.
