Window switch in my 2007 Mark LT failed 2 times now and replaced with Chinese version of the drivers switch. it is working for now. Ford customer service is trained to be politically correct when it comes to your issue they blow you off and give you the thank you for entering pep talk and that is sucks to be you. this needs to be recalled

F-150 XLT 5.4L 3v

  • Automatic transmission
  • 35,000 miles

Starting at about 35,000 miles, I had the gears in the window fail. When I took it to the dealership, they fired out the window switches. I had the window fixed, it was under warranty. About thirty thousand miles later, the window on the passenger side failed. That was $850.00, had to replace the gears, motor, and switch. Now the driverside window is acting up, again.

I always had problems with the window from day one. At first It would not roll back up. I brought it in and they said it just had to be cleaned, "there was a little gunk built up" It's funny because the second time it happened they said the same thing. Now I am not under warranty, and the damn thing just fell right in. Now of course Ford will not lift a finger to back me up. They can kiss my ass!!! This will be the last truck I buy from them, those new chevs Are looking nice. What kind of regulator goes at 75 k anyways?

Last month I had to replace the switch for my aoutomatic windows on my 2006 ford expedition, but now i have to replace the switch on my 2007 ford f150. they both got stuck and would not roll back up. wow, this is just rediculous! not 1 car but, now 2 cars, both ford and the same exact problem. Ford shoud be held responsible for this problem.
