Engine sounds like a diesel truck and it's a 5.0 gas vehicle.
Knocks while in idle and sounds like sh*t driving also.
Told the dealership to fix the issue and I've been on a waiting list to bring the vehicle in for a few months now.
I purchased it used, I'm assuming it was a, leased vehicle. With like 20,000 miles on it for like $60,000
Don't they even inspect the vehicle's issues before selling it to me?
I can't believe that I have to wait so long to get the vehicle repaired.

Fix this thing. I spent my hard-earned money on this so I can have a reliable vehicle for work.
I traded in a 2010 XLT with 235K miles for this new $35,000 vehicle. The 2010 pickup never had a single issue. I have now had this vehicle in the shop twice with less than 7K miles. Not sure the 2.7 ecoboost is a good engine.
