After getty other problem resolve and drove from dealer to home around 2 miles and parked in front of house went out to go to a doctor Appointment and I had to jump start truck with battery charger made to DR. office spent about 1.5 hours and came out yo go home truck no start. after I call for a jump start Then went home. I tested Batteries and they were showing 12.58 volts and alternator was showing the same voltage at Idle ,I increase RPM the volts went up to 13.2 volts and thats was it. I took it to the Auto parts and they checked batteries hook up and read okay. I was still having problems and went to another parts place and I disconnected the batteries and measure them individually and right one had a 1/4 left of life and the left side one was no good ,then I checked alternator while running and the diodes were burnt. the motorcraft alternator was $530.00 for a new one and the other brand was life time warranty and $269.00 batteries were $199.00 each so another $600.00 all from the one problem. An the Alternator light was not lit. The dealer ran the computer check and said nothing and all this from the first problem. I will talk with the dealer before the core is turned in. and my ball and trailer hitch and pin went missing also $40.00. What a turn off toward the local Ford dealer.
