I love this car--this car has not been abused or driven hard. My previous experience with Honda cars has been excellent, but this is my first with auto transmission. I expect six figure mileage from a Honda car before any significant maintenance, so this is very disappointing-- I'm thinking it may be a design flaw.
We have partnered with JustAnswer to offer online auto repair help and advice from expert professional automotive technicians. You describe your transmission problem or ask your question and they try to help you figure it out. The fee is typically $9 to $15, but you can offer to pay more for really tough questions. You will usually receive an answer in 10 minutes or less, and you do not have to pay anything unless you accept the answer.

Odyssey ES V6
A year after purchasing our 2005 honda odyssey,a shimmy of vibration started. Thinking this was the tires etc, and we had them replaced and saw no difference. We had purchased the 2005 odyssey in October 2004 and now @ 79,000miles later I find out, after getting progressively worse, the transmission will have to be replaced. After lots of research and time later ...I will have to say honda does not own up to their name and as for me and my family, we will not be purchasing from honda again.
