I bought the vehicle and a few months later went to my local tire shop to get winter tires and they showed me that one of the tires had a plug in the side of the tire. He also mentioned that the other tire is severely worn and should be replaced as well.
That is so frustrating since I've been complaining of road noise and the mechanic apparently removed, balanced and 'checked the tires' twice and missed it.
When I called the service manager in Georgetown, he offered to replace one tire and give me a discount on the other tire. I told him that I was hoping the tire warranty would cover it. He said it does not. So I had to buy new tires and would recommend that people not go to Georgetown, Ontario, Canada Kia for service and don't get suckered into the stupid tire warranty.
I also bought my snow tires at my local tire shop since I have zero confidence in my dealership.
