Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. While driving down the road, 35-40 mph, heard a pop that sounded like it came from under the hood area, smoke started coming from under hood area, pulled to side of road and exited vehicle, had smoke and fire from under hood area, tried to get back into the vehicle, had smoke inside vehicle as well, vehicle destroyed in fire, insurance company refusing to settle claim, cannot find source/location of fire.
