Toyota 2011 Camry headlights are the worst thing I have ever seen. Dealer adjusted them so we could at least see the road at night, but now with high beams on, we light up the top of trees. How can this serious problem go on for years without Toyota fixing it or changing the design. Very dangerous, and there is no excuse for this. Should be a simple fix there some where
The design of the 2011 Toyota Camry headlights (low beam) is terrible. There is a distinct cut-off at approximately 10 feet out. So when you are driving on a very dark road - a person could walk out in front of you, and you would not see them until way too late. I asked the dealership numerous times to do something about the problem, but I was told that they were set to the "legal" height, and their hands were tied. This is a serious safety concern, and will undoubtedly cause accidents (if it has not already).
The design is all wrong especially if you don't live in the city.I live in a area where the streets don't have a lot of street light and you cant hardly see at night with the low beams on, without turning the high beams on. I never had this problem before with any car. the low beam lights seem to be pointing to the ground. what are they thinking with this design. hate the car wish they would take it off my hands.
