Wheel studs, threaded posts that the lug nuts screw onto, to hold a wheel on, cracked and failed on front axles.
Lug nuts were torqued to factory spec 84lb ft, worked on by Toyota dealerships, and local tire shops, and ALL wheel studs failed at different times over the course of 3 years. Metal is defective.
