Honda (Canada) has an extended warranty that expired on April 29. My estimate for repair was done on April 22 but I only called them to complain on May 11th, They say it is out of warranty.
I was never informed of the warranty extension by either the dealer or by Honda directly. The car was purchased used from an Acura dealer who did not transfer the ownership details to my name. According to Honda, this is my responsibility.
I am waiting for them to reply with a "judgement" as to whether they will accept the claim.

The paint on the trunk and roof areas has turned chalky, and is starting to peel. This car runs like new, very well maintained, but this defect in the paint is making it look terrible.
