During a "B" maintenance the service department has informed me that the tie rod end on the driver side worn out and had to be replaced. They went as far as to say that it was a road safety issue and they would be hard-pressed to let me drive the car off the lot unless they fixed this. Three hours of labor and some parts charges later, it was fixed.
