Axles cracked with less than 40k miles on the vehicle. Yes this was covered but this car has had continues issues that could be safety hazards. I heard a loud noise under the car while driving on the interstate. I continued to drive thinking something had hit under the car, road debris or something. I had a friend look under it and couldnt see anything wrong just by site. Continued to drive the car on long trips and noticed there was shaking, i thought my tires were out of balance. Took for rebalance and still didnt clear it up so went to dealer. Ended up having to replace the front axles in the vehicle!!!! Who has a car that has cracked axles at less than 40k miles? I was asked if i had offroaded in the vehicle! NO i said! There has been many issues with axles in numerous acura vehicles yet Acura will not recall. This is a major safety issue! On Oct 20, 2016 the drive shaft had issues at 67k miles. These type of issues should never be happening in these type of cars or any car! Acura needs to address these and make it right ! I was brought a bill for 3k and told it wasnt under warranty... I argued that it was under powertrain until 70k miles. I ended up being correct but what happens after it passes 70k miles? I will be SOL for issues with this car that have been happening since the beginning! Acura has produced a piece of crap!
