So I purchased my 2023 Acura RDX Apec on April 1, 2023 and since I had the vehicle I have noticed that every time I play my music from my phone which is coming from YouTube, I noticed that the music is constantly skipping like a broken record. I tried ignoring this issue, but I took it to an Acura of Westchester dealership in Larchmont, NY and they told me that it wasn't anything wrong with the radio. I requested for the technician to allow me to use my phone so they can actually see the real issue and they did not.

So I decided to take my vehicle back to the dealership where I bought it from which is Curry Acura located in Scarsdale, NY. After I left Acura of Westchester, I noticed the problem continued. I took my vehicle back to where I purchased it from to see if they can help me. I went to Curry Acura on October 27, 2023 only to have the technician tell me that Acura has problems with there Infotainment system. That answer has not resolved my problem with this vehicle. This a deal breaker for me with these issues going on with the infotainment system.
