defective alternator defective alternator

It is brand new vehicle just 2.5 month old and we got in to this major electrical issue with our Audi Q7 2023 . Completely turned off vehicle on the road while driving . Very dangerous situation with new expensive vehicle. We had to tow vehicle to Audi authorized dealership. They said alternator is defective ( manufacturing defect ) . Replacement of alternator will take 7 days . Hopefully Audi dealer and Audi USA resolves our concerns asap
