My car has had multiple recalls on the coolant and I have taken it in for exchanges. Last year I was told the coolant reservoir needed replacement which I paid for but the coolant has broken off crystals which has been spread throughout engine parts and so my car was in the shop from October 2019-December 2019. Again in February the EPC light and coolant light went off and this time I decided to take it to a friend who owns a shop for fixing. And so I thought it was fixed.
Then a couple of months later same thing. The lights went off and I kept driving it and last month the lights went off again so I took it to Audi again. Same thing, these crystals or formations are broken off each time there is heat or the car engine is on. Now it’s been in the shop for three weeks and I am being told these crystals have spread through the thermostat and water pump.
