The contact owns a 2001 Audi A6. While driving 35 mph, the center seat belt in the back seat tipped over the infant child seat. The contact pulled over and corrected the failure. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and they attempted to duplicate the failure. The dealer was unable to determine the cause of failure. The current and failure mileages were 85,000. The seat belts only malfunctioned when the car seat was installed properly. Updated 11/24/07
