This problem occurred twice this summer (2012) and had the car in service for that. I don't know what they did, it seems to be working now. Supposedly, they replaced some gaskets. I don't have the service tickets handy, but I'll search for them and add later. However, after the last AC repair, the car started making funny noises in the front and I suspect that it was due to the fact that service had to take off the whole front console and do the repairs, and didn't put it back right. About this problem on a separate complaint.
