TSB Document:

Affected Component: FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE

Summary
The quality of the auxiliary exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler modules manufactured within a certain timeframe may be inadequate. The vacuum actuator diaphragm may have leaks. A faulty auxiliary EGR cooler will trigger a P310E fault. Faulty operation of the auxiliary EGR cooler can also trigger the P040B fault, but there is no issue with the temperature sensor.
