auto air never worked,heat smells/burns eyes/causes headache

At this alleged level of quality and cost, for the basic auto air to not function is disgraceful. The heat smells, burns my eyes, and gives me a headache. I have never had to constantly adjust the air temperature to get it warm. At 69, air blew cold. At 70, air blew warm. That's it. I have brought it into the dealership over 7 times for this issue over the past 2.5 years. The recent computer recall changed the settings to 72 cold, 73 warm. Pathetic. Last "service", still under lease and warranty, dealership refused to address it.
