Used remote start, entered vehicle, turned key, drove 5 minutes, placed vehicle in park, car still running. I put it in drive. It acted like it was in neutral, It would go in reverse. I tried it many times. The shift indicators next to the D were flashing red. The D lights are blue. I turned the car off. I came back 3 hours later, started the car. It went into gear with no problem. There is an ongoing problem with the A.C. not working when the car is started. It only works when you lift up on the ignition switch/key, or restart the car.

Unknown if the two are related. The transmission issue has only happened once. The dealer could not verify my concern. He said everything checked out and there were no codes. GM customer service is helping me in trying to see if this has happened with anyone else, and come up with a solution.
