This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have an intermittent Shift To Park Message displayed in the Driver Information Center when the vehicle is in Park and / or that the shifter feels loose while the vehicle is in Drive. Technician should replace the Shifter Assembly.
