- Summary
- This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician with a diagnostic tip on the proper installation of the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning module connectors after removal. Technician should connect the connectors in the proper sequence (J1, J3, and J4 can be installed in any order, but J2 (Brown Power Connector) must be last) to avoid motor relearn process. If the proper connection procedure was not followed previous to reinstallation of the Heater-Vent-Air Conditioning module connectors and it appears you have a stuck motor, perform the Actuator Calibration Procedure below.
