I just paid 27000 for 2019 caddy CTS. I drove it about 100 miles and stabilatrac & trac control lights come on. Also car loses power and I can only get it up to 25 mph. It's very dangerous if this happens on highway.
I have taken to mechanic who says even though lights come on the cause is engine wiring harness not getting voltage to trans. I'm hoping he is right. I just can't believe that I am having this problem after paying 27000 and only driving 1000 miles. The harness cost 400 and another 300 to install. The seller of car had to know because wiring looked like a 5 yr. old tried to fix harness and retaped the harness with electrical tape. It's just a nightmare. I see many Cadillacs are having the stabilatrac/trac control problem. GM should be held accountable.
