Consumer states the brake system locks up when applying the brakes, which causes an extended stopping distance, also the steering wheel vibrates when brakes are being applied.

Braking system malfunctioned. Brake pedal traveled halfway down in order for the braking system to be functional which caused extended stopping distance, and might result in a crash. Dealer said it was the charcteristic of the vehicle, and that nothing could be done to correct it. Design flaw.
