I was turning into the shopping center when my drivers side suspension broke. I went careening though the parking lot hitting a parked car before finally stopping when I collided with a pillar at the mall.I bumped my nose on the steering wheel but the air bags did not implode but my car is totaled.

2007 Cadillac Dts with approximately 67,000 miles. When driving and at any speed from 55 to 70mph a vibration is felt via the seat and steering wheel. The vibration is also bad enough that is vibrates the passenger seat back loudly. Tires have been replaced, brakes checked, wheels balanced X2, etc. On line blogs indicate Cadillac is aware of the problem, but unable to determine problem.

We have a severe vibration in our 2007 Cadillac Dts that starts at 55mph and also repeats itself as we come to a stop. Think this vibration is always there, but we feel it at these times. This vibration was so severe that on one occasion we were coming down a mountain side in Virginia when it became so violent we barely were able to bring the car under control and bring it to a stop. This is a systemic problem with Dts General Motors advised us that their engineers are very aware of this problem with Dts and are working on the problem, but have not figured out how to repair.. we have done everything they have asked.. realignment, new pads, new rotars, four new tires..they are quite frank that the problem exists, have several complaints, no answers, and there will be no recall as their plan is to solve the problem by attrition. They have stopped making this model as a result. Hope no one has a serious accident before this happens. Our ride and safety are both now compromised on a daily basis.
